Products you buy with Click and Collect are just the same as products you buy in store in the normal way. You are still fully covered by our local support and Australian warranties.


Rewards Program

Our Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to reward your loyalty at Toy Kingdom by offering you a host of Benefits and Rewards.

When making a purchase in-store, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. When shopping online, you automatically earn these points. Points can be earned and redeemed both instore and online.

Points accumulate every time you shop. Once you've accumulated 300 points, you earn $20 off your next purchase.

Redeeming Points Is Easy

When making your next purchase, simply ask our friendly staff to use your points to reduce the cost of the purchase, or if shopping online, the credit will show up in the check-out.

Full terms and conditions are in-store, but here’s the important bits;

  • Please keep us updated if you change email, phone, or address
  • This program only applies at Toy Kingdom stores in Lismore and Byron Bay and Play Forever Toys in Ballina
  • At no stage can any points, vouchers or rewards be redeemed for cash
  • Membership is for life! No annual fees or minimum spend and your points never expire
  • Points are not transferrable to another account holder



As per our in-store policy, if you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase within 30 days, Toy Kingdom will offer you an exchange or instore credit provided that:

  1. You produce your original Toy Kingdom register receipt at the time you return the item
  2. The item is in resaleable condition i.e. a) It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; b) It is unopened, unused and in its original condition


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure


Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Toy Kingdom is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Toy Kingdom may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.

Toy Kingdom reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Please note:

  • Proof of Purchase such as your original Toy Kingdom register receipt must be presented
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method


Returns for online purchases;

DOA (Dead on Arrival): if your product does not work on arrival before any use then you may return the goods free of charge (Australian Orders only) and we will supply a replacement or refund pending inspection. A Returns Authority number is required before an item will be accepted as a return. You will be required to take your return to the Post Office.

Wrong Goods Supplied: if the products you receive are different from the products listed on the receipt/order confirmation, we will arrange postage back to us and resend the correct item or issue a refund. You will be required to take your return to the Post Office

Change of Mind: we do not offer refunds for Change of Mind purchases. If you wish to return your purchase for a full credit or to exchange it for another item you are welcome to so. This can be done easily in store or by contacting our customer service team mytoykingdomsales@gmail.com If you are required to post your item for exchange or credit you will need to pay the cost of postage

Please note our Policy of no refund for "change of mind” purchases complies with State and Federal regulations in relation to supplying a refund. If you change your mind about a purchase, we will happily exchange it or provide a credit note upon sighting a valid receipt and confirming the goods are in original packaging and are of merchantable quality.


Customers Wishing to Return Items

If you want to return an item for refund, credit or exchange as per our terms the easiest way is to reply to your purchase confirmation email.

You have 14 days from the date the courier delivered the item.

Unwanted items can be returned to either our Lismore, Byron Bay or Balllina stores in person, or by mail to the following address:

You are responsible for arranging, and paying for, freight and insurance. Unfortunately, you're also responsible for any damage in transit, so please package the items carefully!

Once we receive the returned products in original, unmarked condition and packaging, we will contact you and arrange for your credit or exchange item to be shipped out within 2 business days.

Again, you can do this in store at Lismore, Byron Bay or Ballina in person if that's more convenient.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide, using a range of couriers such as Sendle, Australia Post,  and Fastway. Which courier depends on which item you buy and where you live.

Generally, delivery takes 2-3 business days, but this does depend on which day you place the order (eg. weekend or public holiday), and how far you are from our stores in Northern NSW. Once the item leaves our store, we will arrange for the courier to send you a tracking email so you can follow the package all the way to your front door.

Please remember these are independent couriers who only generally deliver Monday-Friday during business hours. You'll have to make arrangements directly with them if you can't be home on the day of delivery, or if you want to make other arrangements.

If you need an item urgently, you could consider our Click & Collect service, which is free in Northern NSW.

We currently do not deliver outside Australia

Delivery Cost

Delivery cost depends on how big the item is, and where you live (your postcode). For most small items (items that will fit in a satchel or small box) the charge will be $14.95. For large and heavy items, it may be a bit more please see shipping and delivery page for more detailed information.

It's easy to work out how much an item (or a basket of items) will cost. Just add them to your cart, and start the checkout process. At step 2 (BEFORE you have to pay!) you will be presented with a screen showing the freight charge. This is dynamic, so the more items you add or remove from the cart, this charge will update.

  • You may contact us and ask us to remove your details from our systems, and we will make every effort to comply other than in circumstances where it is reasonable or necessary to retain certain information

The technical stuff relating to our Privacy Policy

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.


When purchasing from Toy Kingom your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. In some cases, you may be required to provide further identification for additional security against fraud. For all orders we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. Please hold onto this as you may require it later.

We accept Visa and MasterCard on our website or alternatively you can contact our sales team to obtain details for bank deposit payment.

Goods and Services ("GST”) and Other Taxes

Prices displayed are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10% unless otherwise stated.


You are notified that Toy Kingdom and Play Forever Toys stores have CCTV cameras in operation, and when visiting our stores, you understand and agree to be videoed, and to allow the footage to be stored and used for store security purposes, including displaying of the footage or images in-store and the provision of footage to the NSW Police as required, whether or not the matter in question involves you.
